GalPal is the new mentoring program exclusively for CARINAS members. The main purpose of GalPal is to provide mentees with a continuous, informal but professional support system especially when one is not comfortable asking questions openly within the forum. The mentors are senior than mentees by at least one career stage, e.g., faculties can mentor anyone while PhD students can mentor masters and bachelors students only.
